REC GENERATION – Terms & Conditions of Sale

All orders paid by credit card over AUD 500 must be shipped to the same address as the billing address.
This requirement is in place to reduce the risk of fraudulent card use.
Orders that do not comply may be cancelled at the discretion of REC GENERATION.

REC GENERATION complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

2.1 Change of Mind & Sizing

Exchange, store credit or refunds are offered on full-price items due to change of mind or sizing issues.

2.2 Exchanges

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange any full-price item.
To be eligible, items must be in original condition, unworn, unused and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2.3 Non-returnable Items

No refund or exchange is available for:

Worn or used items,

Sale items (unless faulty under the ACL),

Gift vouchers or exchange codes.

2.4 Faulty Items
Under the ACL, if a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
For minor faults, we will repair or replace at our discretion.

These Terms govern the contractual relationship between you (the “Customer”) and REC GENERATION (“We,” “Us,” or “the Website”).
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms unreservedly.
These Terms are the only conditions applicable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
They protect both your rights as a customer and our rights as a business.

We endeavour to keep the Website online at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Website may occasionally be closed for maintenance or updates.
We are not liable for any period during which the Website is unavailable.

Some features require an account and login credentials.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information.
You agree to keep your password confidential and log out after each session.
In case of suspected security breach, you must notify us immediately.
We reserve the right to disable any user account at our discretion, at any time, if these Terms are breached.

We use SSL encryption and implement security practices where possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all usage will always be fully secure.
We strive for accuracy in product information, descriptions and images — but cannot guarantee they are completely free of errors or omissions.
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Delivery costs, import duties or local delivery taxes are not included in product prices and are clearly shown at checkout.
Prices on the Website may change at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the correct sale price and will not be adjusted after the order is placed.

If a price error occurs (e.g. typographical, human or technical error):

While we work to ensure all pricing shown in the REC GENERATION App is accurate and up to date, displayed prices may not always refresh in real time.
You may be required to manually refresh the wesbite or the App (or close and reopen it) to ensure the most current pricing, promotions or product availability is displayed.
The price shown at checkout is the final sale price and overrides any outdated or incorrectly displayed prices within the App or website prior to checkout.

REC GENERATION is not responsible for purchases attempted based on pricing or information that has not refreshed correctly within the App

Once an order is completed and paid, we endeavour to fulfil it.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment:

We will refund the price for that product promptly,

OR offer a replacement of equal value.
If you accept a replacement but later choose to return it under our Returns Policy, we will cover return postage.
If you decline the replacement and the original product is permanently unavailable, we will refund the price of the unavailable item.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Australian courts.

REC GENERATION may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the Website.
Continued use of the Website after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
