CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I BROUGHT ONLINE?
Yes you can, as long as it follows our policy as per the below.
FULL PRICED RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item from your order it must be arranged within 30 days of your Order Purchase Date. We require proof of purchase with either a digital receipt (txt receipt or email receipt) or physical receipt.
Returns can be made for Store Credit, Exchange or Refund. Store credit will be valued at the purchase price you paid for that item/s. Store credit is valid for 3 years.
Sale items can be returned for store credit.
We will accept returns for product that is:
- Unwashed
- Unworn; and
- Original tags still attached
CAN I RETURN UNDERWEAR OR SWIMWEAR?
Underwear or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're deemed to be faulty. This is for hygienic reasons.
