FULL PRICED RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item from your order it must be arranged within 30 days of your Order Purchase Date.
Returns can be made for Store Credit, Exchange or Refund. Store credit will be valued at the purchase price you paid for that item/s.
All items are inspected on arrival at our warehouse. Please make sure your item(s) are:
- Unwashed
- Unworn; and
- Original tags still attached
We offer free returns for our AUS customers. Products must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached and when it arrives in the warehouse. Rest of world customers will need to cover their own freight.

You must return goods within 30 days of purchase. If the product has already been worn though you have noticed something isn't right, email us at [email protected] with photos so we can take a look and help provide a resolution.
CAN I RETURN UNDERWEAR OR SWIMWEAR?
Due to hygienic reasons, underwear or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're deemed to be faulty.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS?
We will accept returns for Store Credit only on regular sale items however, if the product has a FINAL SALE badge, we wont accept returns on these items. Returns or exchanges are only available on final sale items if they are faulty or damaged.
CAN I MAKE RETURNS IN STORE?
We have a retail location in Manly, Sydney. Returns can be made in store following the same 30 day returns policy as per the above.
